RE: Perform Cleaning on the Kitchen Stacks
Dear resident(s),
The Corporation has scheduled to perform Cleaning on the kitchen stacks through the clean-outs that we just installed.
Such service will commence on July 25th, 2022, until August 23rd, 2022, between 9:00 am and 5:00 pm.
ABM Plumbing will only require access to some units in order to perform cleaning on kitchen stacks. ABM will be accompanied by a security officer.
Access to certain suites is mandatory and can not be denied.
Management shall send notice in advance to all affected units where entry is required.
If you have any questions, please contact management office during business hours.
