Kitchen stack clean-out program notice

Dear resident(s),
The Corporation has scheduled the kitchen stacks cleaning and installation of access points in some units in order to perform cleaning of such lines if need be.
Such service will commence on June 22nd, 2022, until July 21st, 2022, between 9:00 am and 5:00 pm.
ABM Plumbing will require access to some units in order to install a number of access points (cleanouts ports). ABM will be accompanied by a security officer. Access to certain suites is mandatory and can not be denied.
Management shall send notice in advance to all affected units where entry is required.
